Sunday

And another week closer to christmas... just what you wanted to hear... NOT! lol

Not much scrapping from me this week.... I've been dragged kicking and screaming into reading the Twilight series... and yes of course I've been sucked in...
I'm up to Breaking Dawn, so I'm certain that will be finished by the middle of the week...

But yesterday I resisted the urge to read and completed my last project for the Websters Pages 12 Days of Christmas... the chipboard house.
I so wanted to do this as it was just beautiful. I used the Nature's Storybook range of papers and I love the way it's turned out.
Mind you... what I want to know is why I have the urge to handcut all the beautiful designs out of the paper????

But here's the pics... warning... lots of them!

And last week I also promised you a pick of a pressie...

Yes another advent calendar... similar to mine, but this one was for a good friend... I hope she liked it!

And I'm so excited because this little project one a prize...

I am so very happy with the way it turned out... and yes it is a glass frame. It was going to be a present, but I love the way it turned out!

And here are my other projects for the challenges...

And then there was this mini book... yes I still have to add the photos when I take them...

And I did one more project, but can't share just yet.... it's a present for a friend... so watch out for it!

November...

It's already November... can I ask what happened to January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September and October....? Where did they go... I really don't remember them much...

Can I get off this merry-go-round just for a little while... just stop so I can get my head around things... please....
Sometimes that really what I want to happen... time out from the world and the world just stops still.... do you think it will ever happen???
No I didn't think so...

Oh well.. onto brighter things... scrapbooking!!! woohoo...
and yes I did have a big woohoo the other week with Webster's Pages featuring my Advent Calendar on their banner of the week... I was amazed and such a big woohoo moment!!!!

AND I've also managed to get some layouts done finally... I've been very lacking in that department for quite a while... just haven't had the inspiration so here's some layouts I've managed over the last couple of weeks...

I've also managed to get my Kaisercraft Christmas Star wreath done, but I don't have any photos yet... it got "borrowed" by the Esperance Express Shop to display in their shop...lol....
I should have it back by the weekend... I hope...

ok... there's my update... but if you're looking for some scrapping fun, check out Scrapbooking 4 Less this weekend for their Cybercrop...
Lots of fun and games and challenges!!!!

Sunday 25 October 2009

It's been a busy week....

But only 1 project...lol
This week I worked on my Kaisercraft Advent Calendar.
I used Websters Papers and lots of other little bits and pieces and even though it was very very fiddly, it's come out gorgeous if I do say so myself.
I'm very pleased with it...
So here are the pics... including lots of detail pics, cause I couldn't pick what was my favourite part...
