Off to Hyden again...

I'm off to Hyden again next weekend.
I can't believe I've been asked to come back again and teach, though this time it's 2 layout classes. One is nice and simple and the other is one of my heritage layouts.

Here are some sneaks...

My heritage layout....

And the nice and simple class...

This is 2 different versions of the same layout... one boy, one girl.

I'm looking forward to it as it's going to be a lot of fun, and I can't wait to see everyone again and have a weekend away scrapping!

Only problem is, I'm between deadlines and projects and have nothing planned... so what am I going to do! lol...

A Travelling We Will Go....

Promised I would be back with my off-the-page project using Great Southern Land.

As we just bought a caravan, making a travel folder and travelling journal was with the perfect idea, especially using Australian papers for a project that will be used to document travelling Australia... lol

The Journal...

The pages can be removed to use as journalling on layouts, or sections to make mini albums, or I can add them as needed....Perfect in other words for a scrapbooker!

And the Travel Folder... I can use this to hold maps or memorabilia, depending on what I want and the length of the holiday!

Now we just need the time and money to take a holiday!

Great Southern Land

Thought I would drop in and share with you my projects for Great Southern Land for Kaisercraft this month.

This range is a special range, released along with Technologic and Tiger Lily, but I got to play with the Australia papers...

So without any more ado, here is my layout...

These are photos I took out at Lake Monjingup in October of one of the Banksia's. That's the beauty of this country, and also living in the regional areas.... there's a lot of photo opportunities for wildflowers!!!!

And for my cards this month I decided to do something different and make some postcards!

These were really quick and easy to make, and with a minimum of embellishments they're kept flat for easy postage.

I'll be back later to share my off the page project!
