A change...

Yes I decided it was time for a change.
With the imminent arrival of Gryfn (only a couple of weeks away now!!!) that I decided to change this blog from pictures to a record of my furbaby.
And in case you haven't heard, dh got a new furbaby too... a 4mo Tonkinese call Charlie Brown.
So it's going to be a very busy household here for a while I think... but it's going to be so very much fun!!!!

But here are the latest pics I have of Gryfn at 11 weeks....

And here are pics of his brother and sisters...Gryfn is the only tabby, the others are blacks and there is a smoke.

Gryfn was snipped and chipped last Thursday and he was also weighed, weighing in at just on 2kg, he's still the biggest kitten in the litter, being over 200g more than his brother or sisters!
Yes I'm a proud mumma!!!

And Charlie Brown...
He was born on December 1, 2009 so he's a month older than Gryfn. He's a purebred Platinum Mink Tonkinese...We weighed him on Friday (I was curious) and he's just over 2.1kg.
Just gorgeous...

He's keeping us on our toes.

Now just need dh to roof and net the cat run and we'll be all set!

Beginnings...

Yes this has been a week of beginnings....

First we welcomed DH's new boy... and no not a child! but a Tonkinese kitten.

We saw this little Tonkinese kitten on Wednesday at the pet shop, thought about it, went away, did some research, and then dh decided yes we needed to have him! lol
He's a Platinum Mink and we think he will work in perfectly with my Maine Coon boy when he arrives in 2 weeks... woohoo!!!
His name is Charlie Brown (yes we went through a few names before we settled on this one). He's always into mischief so it seems to suit him!

And I've heard about my boy... he's now 12 weeks old... has been desexed and weighs just on 2kg (yes thats 200g MORE than any other kitten in the litter!)
He will be arriving just after Easter and I can't wait!!!!

And the other beginnings...

MCDONALDS has opened up in town!!!!

Now most of you wouldn't think this would be anything major but for a town that's only really had Red Rooster for the 100 years, this is a BIG DEAL...!
So guess what we had for dinner tonight... yep Maccas!!! The kids loved it.

Now we just need KFC and this town would be perfect...lol

Scrapbooking

Yes I've been scrapping lately... but for some reason my heart is not really in it.
But I will share with you what I've been doing.
These are just some simple layouts for the kalbarri holiday album I'm working on.

And also this weekend Scrapbooking 4 less are running a blind scrapping weekend.
So if you're looking for something to do then head on over to have a look. there's still time to get your layouts done, and everyone who finishes all 3 challenges gets a little something in the mail. Well worth doing!

Also Shelley is looking for a new design team, so if you're interested take a look. Shelley really is a lovely person to work for and it's well worth the effort!

The last of my Websters creations....

I had quite a few scraps left over from my other projects so using these as well as only a couple of full pages I managed to start this album for Gryn.
There's still a lot of pages to do, but I need more photos of him.

This is just a simple address book I covered using the Garden Gala papers.
I really needed a new one and this paper is perfect for something like this.

I had so much fun with these beautiful ranges... I really can't wait to see the rest of the new ranges!

Layouts

Time to share my layouts I did for Websters.
These papers were so beautiful it seemed a shame to actually use them... but use them I must.
I hope I did them justice.... enjoy...

My next project....

This next project I used the Garden Gala range to create an acrylic mini album...

I hope you enjoy....

My first project....

As soon as I saw these papers from Websters, I knew I wanted to make something special just for me. So I decided on a Keepsake Box and journal as there are several stories I want the kids to know about me, but not necessarily right now. So I thought a private box would be a great idea to keep these journals in and then I know that these stories will be available to the boys.

I have to say a huge thank to Terri and all at Websters Pages for giving me this opportunity as Guest Design Team Member for March. I was absolutely thrilled to be asked.

More shares later...
